Mr. Kriensky has served as an Executive in the property management field for over 35 years. Prior to joining GHC Housing, and co-founding PK Management, LLC, he served in an executive capacity for one of the largest affordable housing owners.

Mr. Kriensky’s expertise is in asset and direct management of subsidized housing. In his tenure, he had direct responsibility for portfolios of up to 50,000 units. Although specializing in affordable housing, his management experience encompasses a wide range of property types including: luxury housing, five star hotels, golf clubs, and resorts.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Mr. Kriensky also is a Certified Property Manager, and an AMO Executive , both of which are designations of the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, he holds an: NAMHA Executive designation and a Fair Housing and Section 504 Compliance Certification (FHC), all from the National Association of HUD Managing Agents (NAHMA). He currently is a licensed broker in the State of California and is a registered HUD broker.

Jenee McClain-Bankhead

President

As President of PKM, Jenee is responsible for the strategic planning and overseeing of the operation of all newly acquired properties in the GHC Housing Portfolio as well as for the daily operations for over 19,000 affordable units in 25 states.  She has over 22 years of Property Manager Experience, specializing in LIHTC and HUD Subsidized Housing.

Ms. Bankhead has the unique ability to stabilize occupancy and enhance the value of the communities in which we operate. She has been successful in building relationships with our community partners, bringing quality programming and resources to our residents.

Prior to joining PK Management, she was a Regional Vice President and Officer at Associated Estates Realty Corporation, a publicly held Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

Jenee is a Member of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland and the Northern Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA).  Jenee also holds designations of Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Manager of Housing (CHM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) from the National Center for Housing Manager (NCHM).  Additional designations include a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and a Site Compliance Specialist (SCS).  In 2009, Ms. Bankhead was named one of Kaleidoscope Magazine’s 40-40 Club, 40 of Cleveland’s most influential African American professionals under the age of 40.

Tom McGinty

Vice President and CFO

Mr. McGinty has been with PK Management, LLC, since its inception.  Specializing in acquisitions, management and development of multifamily real estates, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations, HUD Financial Reporting and Compliance of PK Management.  Mr. McGinty was previously employed by Associated Estates Realty Corporation (AERC), Cleveland, Ohio, which is a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

As Operational Controller of AERC, Mr. McGinty was primarily responsible for overseeing the financial accounting for AERC’s entire third party managed Affordable portfolio.  He has over 15 years of accounting experience specifically in Multifamily Real Estates.

Yvette Rouff-Abernathy

Yvette Rouff-Abernathy

Executive Vice President

Ms. Abernathy has over twenty-three years of experience in Affordable Housing operations and compliance.  Currently, Ms. Abernathy is Executive Vice President, overseeing approximately 95 properties, with approximately 11,760 units.  Ms. Abernathy also oversees the Compliance, Training and Affordable Housing Departments.

Prior to working at PKM, Ms. Abernathy worked her way up from Subsidy Administrator to Regional Manager for Associated Estates Realty Corporation (AERC), where she was responsible for affordable, tax credit and market rate properties.

Ms. Hernandez has been in the multifamily housing industry for over 16 years.  Currently, Ms. Hernandez is Executive Vice President, overseeing approximately 60 properties for PK Management, LLC.  In addition to her managerial duties, Ms. Hernandez oversees the marketing strategies of the market rate properties in the portfolio.

Prior to working at PKM, Ms. Hernandez worked her way up from Property Manager to Regional Manager for Associated Estates Realty Corporation (AERC), where she was responsible for both affordable and market rate properties.

Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Kim Taylor joined PK Management in 2008. She is the Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Taylor provides strategic leadership and direction to all facets of Human Resources Management. She oversees the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; recruitment; training and development; retention; legal compliance and employee communications. Ms. Taylor strives to foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of the Company. Ms. Taylor has over 25 years of experience in her respective field.

Prior to joining PK Management, she was a Benefits executive for Chico’s FAS, Inc. a major national retailer and One Price Clothing.

Ms. Taylor’s passion is to bring awareness to living a healthy lifestyle through PK’s wellness program.  She inspires PK’s employees to be engaged and introspective. Her motto is:  “Success lies in differences, not in similarities.” – Steven Covey.

Joyce L. Walker

Vice President of Community Development

Joyce L. Walker, MSSA is Vice President of Community Development for PK Management, LLC, where she is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and facilitating the implementation of projects related to her department, where she manages a budget in excess of $4.7 million.

Joyce has over ten years of experience in fundraising and development and over twenty years of experience in the field of Social Work with families, children and the elderly. 

She is board eligible for the Licensed Independent Social Worker (L.I.S.W.) Psychotherapy designation.

She also was chosen as a “Woman of Outstanding Leadership” by The International Women’s Leadership Association in 2013. She is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Top Ladies of Distinction.
